The practice of Yoga is truly a holistic practice that touches the body, mind and spirit.
We shift our focus from the outer world and connect with ourselves. The breath becomes the bridge to our spirit.
As we move and breathe, we literally and metaphorically stretch beyond our limits and grow in new directions. We move beyond the limits of the mind and connect to our inner strength, our inner power and our confidence. We use the poses to literally ‘embody’ these qualities. We become aware of the grace within us. We begin to open more fully to life and trust life. We become able to mange the stress and demands of our life with wisdom and compassion.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
These sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those already practicing yoga, both men and women.
