Queenswood Centre is an ecumenical centre operated by the Sisters of Sain Ann, situated on wooded property close to the University of Victoria and Cadboro Bay beach and village.
Besides our own on-going ministries, Queenswood Centre provides a place for individuals or groups to come for either directed or private retreats, or times for silence, reflection and prayer. Some groups have their own leader or director, some arrange for direction from one of our staff. Groups also come to Queenswood Centre for day-long, morning, afternoon or evening meetings, weekend workshops, seminars, etc. The only size limitations on groups are the physical limitations of our available space.
Queenswood is an oasis for exploring the sacred in our lives.
Its mission is to facilitate a deepening of one’s relationship with God, oneself, others and the universe.
In a spirit of hospitality, the community of experienced and qualified staff of lay people and women religious of Queenswood, support and sustain our mission.
